Albufeira Old Town and Fisherman’s Beach are both about 4 kms, and the famous ‘Strip’ is about 7.5 kms. It is a 10 minute drive to Guia, where the Algarve Shopping Centre is.

The Albufeira region is in Portugal’s Algarve area in the south of the country. It is a popular area for tourists due to its many sandy beaches and a lively nightlife. The Old Town was destroyed by an earthquake in 1755 and all that remains is the old castle wall that dates back to Roman times and a clock tower that is lit up on festive occasions. The Old Town square is a pretty area surrounded by shops and cafes, with narrow cobbled streets winding up through the hillside.
