Ayurvedic Spa has a 5000 year old tradition of cultivating health and wellness. It takes place in its own Ayurvedic temple, built by Indian craftsmen. Treatments include a variety of different massages from body to Indian head massage. The main goal of the spa is to help and promote good health but some treatments may be geared toward specific health problems.

For those that like to stay active on holiday, there are plenty of things to do here at BodyHoliday Resort. There are group fitness classes like cardiovascular, spinning, yoga and aerobic style classes, personal training sessions, a BodyAware programme, BodyStats and a Quadathron. There is an extensive list of watersports, a sailing club and a PADI Diving Centre.

BodyHoliday Resort has 6 restaurants and 3 bars to enjoy. Tao features cuisine with influences from both East and West. One side of the dining room faces the sea so guests can enjoy the sounds of the Caribbean. Cariblue is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves a variety of International dishes. Cariblue Windows is a chic evening only eatery where the chefs showcase their talent with tasting menus and wine pairings.

The Wellness Cafe is open throughout the day and serves a healthy selection of smoothies, salads, sandwiches and wraps. The Pavilion Grill is located on the Boardwalk, steps from the beach and right next to the Clubhouse Bar, the perfect place for a more casual dining option.

BodyHoliday Resort has a Wine Salon which has been designed as a guide to the world of wine. This is where guests can sample a variety of wines from all over the world. The Clubhouse is the centre of life here at BodyHoliday. It is the perfect meeting spot, a great cocktail bar, perfect entertainment venue, has a games room and a library and is where Afternoon Tea is served. The Piano Bar is a bit more traditional than the Clubhouse and is perfect for pre and post dinner drinks with friends.
