Eden Resort Hotel 5 stars

The Eden Resort offers one or two-bedroom apartments or two or three-bedroom villas on a complex that is close to the sandy beaches of Albufeira, on Portugal’s southern coast. The resort offers free transport to the beach and the city centre.

Albufeira is the gateway to the Algarve. Like many Algarve towns, it has the remains of a castle dating back to the Roman times, but along with the town, it was destroyed in an earthquake in 1755. The only part that remains is the clock tower, that was built on one of the old castle towers. On festive occasions this is normally illuminated.

The Old Town is the popular place for tourists with its narrow, cobbled streets winding around the hillsides. With plenty of bars, restaurants and a variety of shops, it is a tourists’ paradise.
