HotHolidays’s Water Wonders: Club Mac Alcudia

As the name would suggest, the sits in the popular resort of Alcudia on the holiday island of Majorca.

It’s also the destination we’ve chosen today as we continue to count down our favourite hotels with waterpark access included as part of the package.

The 3* complex is ideal for those who want to enjoy a fun-filled family break in the sun, with a wide range of facilities that are suitable for all ages.

Children in particular are well catered for – with something to keep them occupied throughout the day.

The hotel offers a range of different accommodation options, which can include bunk beds for the youngsters; the only issue there being the arguments over who gets to go up top.

Operating on an All Inclusive basis, the hotel features the choice of three different buffet restaurants for guests to make use of, with a burger bar providing snacks during the day next to the pool area.

That area includes no fewer than eight different pools, three of which are solely for children. One child’s pool also includes slides and a splash area.

Within the hotel you’ll also find a cinema, a selection of sporting activities, both daytime and evening entertainment and a kid’s club – where children aged from four through to twelve car be kept busy during the day.

There’s also an outdoor playground in a shaded area of the complex featuring slides and swings.

As well as the many pools within the resort, guests also get access to the , which is the only park of its kind to the north of the island.

Here, there is the chance to tackle high-speed rides like Kamikaze, to go head-to-head down the Slice Race, to float across the water in a giant ball or to simple relax in the wave pool.
