Amala is located within the luxurious Jumeirah Zabeel Saray hotel on the left crescent of Palm Jumeirah and offers top quality Indian cuisine.

Although part of a hotel, the restaurant - which can be found off the main lobby - is open for bookings for non-residents and is popular not only for the food, but also for the high levels of service.

If you want to enjoy a special dining experience then the Shaheenshahi Thali - which must be booked in advance and is for a minimum of four people - provides the opportunity to go on your own culinary journey, with the dish made up of more than 35 traditional delicacies.
